Today, we have decided to remind you a little about our history of creation, technologies, and equipment that may interest you when it comes to working with us.
Our company, “SPYVRUZHNIIST AVIA BUD” is one of the most dynamically developing enterprises in the Zaporizhzhia region of Ukraine. Our team of professionals in the aviation and construction industries is ready to perform work of any complexity.
To achieve this, we have:
- Created our own production areas and workshops;
- Installed and launched modern equipment;
- Mastered production technologies, testing, and quality control;
- Trained highly qualified personnel;
- Organized production and management in accordance with the international standard ISO 9001:2015;
- Always open for dialogue with customers and suppliers.
If we break down our areas into categories and better understand our professional directions, it would look like the following:

- Sewing of special products at our own sewing production facility.
Construction was our first step towards recognition as professionals in all areas of the construction industry, ready to perform high-quality work of any complexity with our own hands and provide a full range of services in the field of residential, social, commercial and industrial buildings and structures, from design to turnkey delivery, as well as providing general contracting services.
Among our main responsible areas, we can highlight the following:
- Zero-cycle works;
- Installation and arrangement of building structures made of concrete and reinforced concrete;
- Construction of high-strength, cast polymer and concrete industrial floors;
- Construction of load-bearing and fencing metal structures of buildings and structures;
- Performance of insulation works, as well as manufacture of external protective structures of pipelines;
- Execution of finishing, facade, roofing works of any type and complexity;
- Installation, commissioning of internal and external engineering communications;
- Decoration of office premises and repair of residential premises;
- Landscaping, construction of small architectural forms, landscaping, arrangement and repair of roads and sidewalks;
- Metalworking services.
In 2015, another important direction for us was the production of composite materials. We develop carbon fiber components using the most appropriate materials and technologies. All components undergo a full cycle of testing, which allows us to create products of complex shapes, including those with individual designs, while maintaining the accuracy of the final geometry.
To further interest you in this direction, we would like to tell you about the features of executing each order:
- First, we develop a 3D model of the product and its manufacturing technology;
- Сalculate the strength of the product;
- Develop tooling based on 3D models and manufacture them on high-precision CNC machines;
- Refine the technology on sample prototypes;
- Produce products on a serial basis.
To achieve higher quality results, we rely on modern and powerful technical equipment:
- ITALMATIC autoclave (diameter – 3 m, length – 4 m, working environment – nitrogen up to 11 atm.);
- Vacuum ovens with SIEMENS program control;
- Refrigeration chambers with a temperature regime up to 50 °C;
- Freezing chambers with a temperature regime up to -25 °C;
- Acoustic defectoscope;
- Computerized manufacturing and control system.
To achieve effective results in our work, we apply technologies such as autoclave forming, thermo vacuum forming, vacuum infusion and RTM, as well as open contact forming. This allows us to produce high-quality products that are checked at every stage of their creation and are certified with all the necessary quality control documents.
Construction was our first step towards achieving our goal, but we wanted more. We always strive to move forward and try new fields of industry. Therefore, in 2015, our company focused on manufacturing products made of composite materials for aviation equipment, servicing and repairing helicopter equipment.
Our large team of professionals and the latest equipment enable us to perform work related to the production of composite parts for the Mi-2MSB, MSB-2 “NADIA” and Mi-8MSB helicopter gliders, aviation equipment glazing, technical maintenance and repair of helicopter irrigation systems, design and manufacture of irrigation tanks, complete or partial removal of old paint coatings from both aviation equipment and large vehicles (buses, cars, boats), painting the external and internal surfaces of aircraft with enamels, applying stickers, logos and images of any size and color, manufacturing composite ballistic plates, and products for wind energy.
Each process is performed in accordance with the UА.145B.0216 approval certificate issued to us by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
At the beginning of the full-scale war, our company switched to military production, including the production of military ammunition for our soldiers. Currently, we pay great attention to the production of ammunition, but we also remember that we can perform work on the production of sewing products for aviation technology (external and internal covers for seats, fire-resistant partitions); restoration of aviation and automobile seats (painting, reupholstering fabrics); sewing a wide range of military ammunition (AFU plate carriers, fleece jackets, first aid kits, unloading belts, warm jackets, tactical backpacks, etc.), as well as special clothing (jackets, overalls, vests, etc.); embroidery on products; sewing technically complex products for special purposes upon request.
To this day, our company continues to support our army and domestic producers.
